PACKAGING FEEDING LUNG

It is an accessory that facilitates the introduction of empty containers towards the packaging machines. Containers should be neatly positioned on a band down table.

An automatic system manages the movement of the band by introducing the containers on the inlet conveyor to the packaging machine.

DISC FOR PACKAGING RECEPTION

It is an accessory that facilitates the introduction of processed containers into the boxes manually. The machine consists of a rotating disk that receives the filled, capped and labeled containers and arranges them for manual nesting. The permanent rotary movement relieves the container conveyor. 

An angular speed regulator for the disc facilitates the grip and selection of containers for the nesting operator.

It is the simplest, most practical and economical system for final packing in packaging lines for small productions.

CONTINUOUS CAP FEEDER

Hopper machines designed to keep the proper amount of caps in the CAP DISPENSERS. This accessory avoids the work of filling the dosing drum with caps, optimizing the performance of this device and of the operators of capping machines or bottling-capping machines.
